Dr. David Novak
David Novak holds the J. Richard and Dorothy Shiff Chair of Jewish Studies as Professor of the Study of Religion and Professor of Philosophy at the University of Toronto since 1997. He is a member of University College and the Joint Centre for Bioethics. From 1997 to 2002 he also was Director of the Jewish Studies Programme there. From 1989 to 1997 he was the Edgar M.
