This is intended to be added using the "subscription" or "URL" function in your calendar, not the "import" function. When added as a subscription it will automatically update as new programs and classes are offered.
Here are instructions for Google Calendar. This must be done in the web version of Google Calendar, not the phone app:
Select the "Add other calendars" menu button (the plus sign beside Other Calendars in the left sidebar).
In the popup menu, choose "From URL".
In the "Calendar URL" field, paste the following link: https://torahinmotion.org/civicrm/tim/program.ics?nid=0
