As students of the Torah are aware, we often find debates among the classic commentators in regard to the chronological order of certain events. Assuming that G-d intentionally places events 'out of order' in the Torah, when we learn, we must not only attempt to ascertain the correct chronological order, but we must also search for the underlying reason for the change.

In this series, we will explore some of the ‘great debates’ between the Ramban and our Sages surrounding this phenomena in search of its exegetic beauty.
